Our island has changed name for so many times : AD500 Circa Dinarobin - by the Moors 15th century Cirne - by the Portuguese 16th century Mauritz Nassau - by the Dutch 17th century Isle de France - by the French 18th century British Mauritius - by the British 20th century Isle of Mauritius - finally by us. Interesting isn't it? I really miss my island much as well.
